Each vegetarian capsule contains:

  • Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid chelate/oxide) 100 mg
  • Malic acid 400 mg

Other ingredients: Cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, stearic acid, silica, vegetable stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin and water.

Adults take one tablet daily or as directed by physician.
